We are looking for a multi-talented HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our small but friendly HR team. As one of the HR & Recruitment Coordinators your role will have a dual focus, splitting your time equally between the day to day HR administration duties and supporting with the company recruitment requirements. The role would therefore suit a motivated individual that works well under pressure who has a desire to succeed and progress in a HR or recruitment role.

Key Responsibilities
Administration
- Manage all incoming queries, through the Shared Services mailbox and telephone line, triaging and escalating as required.
- Resolve all Tier 1 employee and manager queries across the whole spectrum of the Employee lifecycle in conjunction with the relevant HR Advisor
- Provide an efficient internal service by adhering to pre-set service standards / SLA’s
- Prepare and disseminate contractual and company correspondence such as contract amendment letters, mail merges, reports etc
- Contribute to the successful processing of payroll within the pre-set monthly schedule of activity, ensuring all systems updates are accurate and consistent with monthly deadlines
- Recording and tracking sickness absence
Systems, Processes and Data
- Responsible for the integrity of HR Data within our HR Database and supporting systems
- Maintain organisational structures in the HR system
- Reporting for geographical area of responsibility via the HR system
- Support the continuous improvement of the company’s HR processes and procedures to ensure the company is legally compliant and championing best practice
Recruitment
- Update and maintain the recruitment database ensuring candidate and job records accurately reflect the status of vacancies

Essential:
- Excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills gained from working within a similar environment or role.
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to manage one’s own workload to a set standard of SLA.
- Able to forge strong working relationships with Stakeholders of all levels
- High level of IT confidence, including intermediate Excel skills
- Pro-active approach to problem solving
- Fully competent using HR systems, able to pull reports etc
Desirable:
- HR experience
- Some knowledge of employment law
