What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and executing a vibrant, on-brand content strategy across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and beyond
- Creating original video, photo and graphic content that celebrates the spirit of Jiu-Jitsu and the lifestyle that surrounds it
- Working closely with athletes, founders, and creatives to capture behind-the-scenes moments, product launches, interviews, and community stories
- Owning the content calendar and ensuring consistent, high-quality output aligned with the brand’s tone of voice
- Analysing performance metrics to refine and optimise social content and engagement
- Staying on the pulse of emerging trends, tools, and content formats in the social space
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience creating and publishing social-first content for fashion, lifestyle, or sports brands
- Strong video production, editing, and photography skills (even better if you shoot mobile and DSLR)
- A passion for authentic storytelling and visually compelling narratives
- Confidence in owning projects end-to-end, from concept to execution
