We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Digital Platforms & SEO team where we define and create member-focused experiences across all digital products. You’ll support the production of exemplary online experiences that truly differentiate Nationwide and drive our Digital society aspirations and work closely with multi-disciplinary teams of Content Designers, Product Designers and Digital Performance Managers creating experiences and transforming products and services that have a positive impact on our members, colleagues and business. You’ll have contracted hours and a contracted location, but we’re always happy to support flexible working wherever we can. The team co-ordinates two days together in the office to ensure we’re collaborating as much as possible but we will always strive to find a way that works for everyone. At Nationwide we offer hybrid working wherever possible. These updates will cover our .co.uk, Internet Bank and Mobile banking app platforms. You will be required to work outside of core office hours on a regular basis, perhaps one to two times a week, updating our online content and products. You will be eligible for overtime on these occasions. Due to the nature of re-price work, there may be some weeks where you’re really busy, and others where your work is quieter. During quieter periods, you’ll be asked to support our other squads to deliver value elsewhere across our digital estate.
