You will make active decisions in a fast-paced environment, regularly check KPIs, and suggest alternative ways to improve the efficiency of the line. You will promote a safe space for colleagues and be a valuable team player in contributing to the culture, and motivate your team to excellence. You will complete daily reports such as administration, report any breakdowns, and liaise with your Line Manager about any inefficiencies on the line.
