You'll work directly with shareholders on £20–100m transactions, leading full-lifecycle deals and shaping the future of a dynamic, high-growth advisory business. What you'll do:

  • Lead M&A advisory work across the full deal lifecycle, from origination through to close
  • Advise owners/shareholders on strategic, high-impact transactions
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing analysts and associates
  • Play a pivotal role in driving firm growth, innovation, and team culture

You bring:

  • 4+ years’ corporate finance lead advisory experience
  • Strong M&A exposure, ideally focused on owner-managed or entrepreneur-led businesses
  • Background in a Big 6 or top-tier advisory firm ideal
  • ACA qualification useful, but not essential
  • Presence, leadership ability, and a sharp commercial instinct
