The company is an education technology company that delivers clear, easy and actionable insight that helps students achieve more. They provide analysis to over 1200 schools, colleges, Groups and MATs in the UK and Internationally. Their platforms provide clear KS4 and KS5 performance insights that enable teachers and leaders to celebrate strengths, take action to fill any gaps and drive up student achievement. Using the full DfE dataset, their analysis measures progress against national aspirational benchmarks to ensure all students achieve their potential.
The role is growing. They are the market leader at KS5, but there are many areas to grow—for example, KS4, independent schools, international schools, and MATs. They are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with a background in Education / EdTech who can work in those growth areas to demonstrate the company’s products and the benefits they can bring.
You will be responsible for building and developing your sales pipeline and taking ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing agreements. You’ll join a highly productive, collaborative, and efficient sales team, and it’s an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about education to positively impact educational outcomes for young people.
Day-to-day includes:
- Making calls to your target market to generate new leads
- Communicating with key decision-makers within schools and Multi-Academy Trusts
- Booking and delivering detailed online product demonstrations
- Effectively managing your own sales pipeline and reporting on the progress of your leads
- Converting sales to hit/exceed targets
The package includes:
- £30,000-35,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission and annual bonus (OTE of £10-15k+)
- Excellent working environment and collaborative culture within a successful, privately owned, growing EdTech company.
- Hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 days from home)
- Private medical insurance
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Days between Christmas and New Year off without using any holiday entitlement.

- The company also does one-off socials, e.g. Crystal Maze.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- 2+ years of sales experience within the EdTech / Education sector
- A good understanding of the UK Education sector
- A resilient nature

- Experience with CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills
