My client, a well-respected Costs Firm is looking to recruit am experienced Claimant Costs Draftsman/Costs Lawyers to their experienced team. You will be providing bespoke costs drafting support to a range of clients offering exposure to some real quality work. You will be responsible for dealing with a large caseload that will include bill drafting and negotiations, however if you would like to specialise in one area the firm are happy to tailor the caseload accordingly Responsibilities include but are not exclusive to: * Drafting bills of costs (using CostsMaster drafting software) in both traditional and electronic (Precedent S) format * Preparing Costs Budgets in form Precedent H in accordance with Departmental requirements/workstreams * Managing your own caseload dealing with complex matters * Negotiation You must have Minimum of 12 months experience in a Bill Drafting, Budgeting or negotiating role.
