Junior Account Manager (m/w/d) - Sales Manager

Flourish are partnering with our client in the health-tech SaaS space with the recruitment of new account managers for their sales team. The role will be based 5 days a week in the central Guilford office. This is the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in B2B sales. Our client are on a huge growth trajectory, and after continued success, are looking to expand their business development function further in Guilford. The Account manager role will be focussed on generating new business opportunities through an outbound approach with existing clients as well as new clients. You will be responsible for reaching out mainly via the phone as well as linkedin and email to connect with key decision makers at residential care homes across the UK and book qualified business appointments for senior sellers to attend and close. You will be responsible for growing client accounts through upselling, cross selling and providing a high level of customer service. Cross selling and upselling to current clients, growing the accounts further and generating revenue. Using lead generating software to identify potential prospects. Prospecting and generating leads and adding value to the top of the sales pipeline. Maintaining CRM systems and the sales pipeline.
