Principal Consultant (London Area)

Role: Principal Recruitment Consultant – Consultancy into PE and FS

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (DOE) + commission + guaranteed company bonus (OTE £85,000 – £100,000+)

Central London (Flexibility to WFH 2-3 days per week)

Our client is a Research and Consultancy expert, specialising in placing project teams from Analyst to Executive, across sectors including Digital & Tech, Fintech & Banking, Retail, Energy and more. Since their inception in 2000, they have built one of the best reputations in their markets and have long-standing relationships with over 44,000 high-calibre professionals, and a 97% recommendation rate from their clients.

The Opportunity:

• Covering salaries between £50,000 – £150,000 (average fee £20,000)
• Placing Consultancy professionals into Private Equity and Financial Services
• All roles exclusive and retained (bespoke training for selling retainers)

They are looking for an experienced Consultant (2-5 years from any recruitment background) who is ambitious and wants to develop into management in the near future. You will be joining an established team of 5 people.
