Interior Designer - Residential Developer (London Area)

We’re working with a private residential developer to find a talented interior designer to join their in-house team working on high-end residential developments. This is a rare client-side opportunity for a mid-weight or senior interior designer looking to take ownership of projects from concept to completion.

The role involves designing and delivering beautifully considered interiors for high-net-worth individuals. You’ll be responsible for every stage of the process, from concept and presentation, through FF&E and procurement, to overseeing installation on site. The developer is looking for someone with a refined, minimalist design aesthetic, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with confidence and clarity.

You’ll be the key design lead across multiple live and upcoming developments, working closely with suppliers, consultants, and clients to deliver best-in-class interiors.

Requirements:

▪ 5+ years’ experience in high-end residential interior design

▪ Strong conceptual and technical skills, with a sharp eye for design and detail

▪ Confident managing entire projects independently

▪ Excellent client communication and presentation abilities

▪ Fluent in Vectorworks (2D), Adobe Creative Suite & Microsoft Office

▪ Knowledge of UK building regs and project coordination best practices
