Account Executive – Gen Z-Focused, Culture-Led Marketing Agency

About the Role:
As Account Executive, you’ll support campaign delivery across youth-focused brands. From immersive brand activations to social-led campaigns and student ambassador programmes, you’ll help create work that speaks Gen Z’s language.
This role is hands-on and varied — including a mix of admin, live event activation, and social media content support – ideal for someone with agency experience and a background (or strong interest) in influencer or ambassador marketing.
About You:
- 1–2 years’ experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns , ideally within an agency.
- An understanding of the marketing mix, with a particular focus on Gen Z and student audiences (age18-30 demographic)
- Experience in influencer or ambassador marketing — including working with micro-influencers or student brand ambassadors.
- Ability to support the recruitment, briefing, and day-to-day management of student ambassadors.
- Knowledge of youth culture and a pulse on emerging trends and platforms.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Organised and detail-driven, with great time management.
- Digitally native, with a deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and youth content trends .
- A natural relationship-builder with both clients and student talent.
- Creative thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, energetic, and excited by fast-paced, youth-led campaigns.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting Account Managers in delivering creative campaigns from planning through execution.
- Helping manage student brand ambassadors and micro-influencers across key universities.
- Recruiting, briefing, and overseeing ambassador performance and social content output.
- Liaising with clients and coordinating logistics for activations, shoots, and roadshows.
- Booking venues, planning event journeys, and supporting live campaign delivery.
- Ensuring quality across all client deliverables, including social posts, decks, and reports.
