Electrical Project Manager MEP Contractor | Building Services | Central London Permanent Position A well-established, medium-sized MEP contractor—currently undergoing significant growth under new leadership—is expanding into sectors such as healthcare and commercial. As part of this expansion, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to take the lead on a £28M M&E Education project in Central London. The role will see you involved from pre-construction through to completion. Fully expensed travel ~ Private healthcare ~22 days annual leave + bank holidays ~ Life assurance (2x salary) ~ Pension scheme (matched up to 7%) ~ Annual discretionary bonus ~ Early finish at 2pm on Fridays Lead the electrical installation from project start to handover Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Oversee subcontractors and coordinate procurement schedules Ensure all electrical systems meet safety, compliance, and quality standards Demonstrable experience as an Electrical Project Manager within M&E contracting Previous involvement in hospital, life science, or large commercial projects is highly desirable Confident in managing programmes, budgets, and risk across the full project lifecycle Field@peoplegroup.
