Take detailed client briefs for new events, advising on space usage and availability to optimize capacity.

Proactively manage relationships, ensuring events are scheduled in advance to allow B2B sales to maximize revenue and profitability.

Build long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are well understood and communicated to other House teams.

Once events are confirmed, create internal documents and hand over to the coordination team.

Regularly check in during planning to ensure high client satisfaction.

Post-event, manage financial reconciliations, ensuring accurate charges are reflected.

Achieve targets based on revenue, client satisfaction, and effective diary management, including pushing key accounts into off-peak times for higher revenue.

Forecast and track key account metrics to support planning.

Build positive relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.

A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the hospitality, events, or luxury sectors.

Circa £26,000 depending on previous experience
