We are offering an exciting opportunity working within our group owned residential service in Lincoln, who specialise in supporting adults with varying needs including neurological conditions, physical and learning disabilities.

As an Agency Support Worker, you must:

Be over the age of 18 to apply
Have the right to work in the UK.
Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer spons0rship
Have 6 months prior UK based experience in a proffessional healthcare setting
Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector
The duties of an Agency Support Worker include assisting with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation and medication management, promoting independence and a sense of well-being among service users.
