Area Sales Representative (Belfast)

Bela Recruitment is hiring a Area Sales Representative – Depot based in Belfast, Co.Antrim , Northern Ireland.

The area you would cover is roughly North Belfast to Larne to Ballymena to Crumlin.

A fantastic geographical area, with tons of live accounts.

Job Salary £38,000 – £45,000+ achievable bonus + Car + Expenses + Pension + Professional Development + Growth Prospects.

This job will be working for a trusted and respected company, where you will ensure industry leading service & sales to customers in your area.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales in your area & manage key accounts by promoting products & service.
• Ensure exceptional service to clients via regular contact and ensuring service delivery.
• Contribute to sales campaigns and gather information on the local construction market.
• Spend on average 4+ days per week in the field with clients, discussing their needs, promoting products & service.
• Follow-up all leads, negotiate and close new business.
• Work closely with internal sales & marketing teams.
• Always ensure excellent levels of customer service.

Requirements

• Experience of selling into the construction sector in NI, knowledge in the NI construction market is highly desirable.
• Full driving licence.
• Must be self-motivated, sales focused and can work independently.
• Have the desire to hit sales targets to earn commission & while provide excellent customer service & driving brand loyalty.
• You need fantastic people skills, good IT skills and ability to track all activity on a CRM system.
