We are seeking an experienced Conference Producer. The role will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering high-quality conference programmes. This includes researching market trends, building relationships with industry experts, curating agendas, securing speakers, and supporting event execution to ensure an engaging and commercially successful event experience. This is a hybrid role – with an office in central London!
Salary: £45k pa + 10% Bonus
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth research to identify relevant topics and trends for event agendas
- Develop compelling conference programmes that meet the needs of target audiences
- Engage with industry leaders to validate content and ensure programme relevance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market developments to identify new opportunities
- Build and manage strong relationships with speakers, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Coordinate with chairs, moderators, and advisory boards where applicable
- Ensure high-level engagement pre-event, during the event, and post-event
- 2 years in similar role producing conferences/events
- Strong research, writing, and content development skills
- Confident communicator with experience engaging senior-level professionals
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
