This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take full ownership of a wide range of HR functions within a busy and growing business. The Senior HR Advisor will be a key member of the team, managing day-to-day HR operations while helping to shape the future of the HR department. This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career, with the potential to progress into an HR Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, inductions, new starter processes, and exit procedures.
  • Manage all HR administration, including offer letters, contracts of employment, and employee changes.
  • Coordinate and lead training and development initiatives across the business.
  • Provide guidance and support on disciplinary and grievance procedures, including preparation of documentation.
  • Drive performance management processes, including appraisals, objectives, and employee development plans.
  • Work closely with management to implement HR policies and initiatives.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and continuous improvement to HR practices and processes.
  • Ensure HR documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with legal requirements.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar HR Advisor role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Proactive and confident in working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.
  • CIPD qualification is advantageous but not essential.
