My client is a trusted, family-run commercial vehicle dealership, proudly working with leading manufacturers. They are looking for a skilled and flexible Accredited HGV Master Technician to join our professional Service Team at their Heathrow location. This is a varied role, offering outstanding earning potential, manufacturer training, and a long-term career path with a business that puts people first.
The Role:
- Carry out diagnostics, complex repairs, servicing, and routine maintenance on customer vehicles
- Attend diagnostic appointments and complete repairs in line with manufacturer standards
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Participate in ongoing brand-specific training and development
What’s on Offer:
- Basic Salary: Up to £47,000 (DOE) + £3,000 Split Shift Allowance
- Productivity Bonus: Up to £6,000 per year (paid monthly)
- Realistic OTE: £74,574 per annum
- Overtime: Paid at 1.5x (weekends and out-of-hours)
- Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm and 2:00pm–10:30pm
- Optional Roadside Technician Rota available for additional earnings

- Level 3 qualification or proven time-served experience (5+ years)
- HGV/LGV/PCV licence
- IRTEC, Bus & Coach or Roadside Assistance Training experience
