Financial Data Leakage Analyst (Fareham)

We are currently hiring an experienced Financial Data Analyst (or Finance Business Analyst ) for a contract role focused on identifying and resolving revenue and invoice leakage challenges within a large-scale organization.

🧠 If you have a strong financial mindset combined with solid technical skills in SQL , Power BI , and Excel , this could be a perfect fit.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and analyze invoice errors, revenue leakage , and billing inconsistencies
• Conduct deep dive data analysis to uncover root causes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve reconciliation and reporting logic
• Support data migration to Databricks and optimize current reporting tools
• Document leakage issues and contribute to long-term financial improvement strategies

✅ Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience in SQL and data extraction from data warehouses/lakes
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills for financial reporting
• Background in Finance , Accounting , or Billing Operations
• Experience working with large datasets and data quality validation
• Ability to work on-site 3 days/week in Fareham (hybrid model)

💼 Contract Details:

• 💰 Day Rate: £300/day – £500/day (Outside IR35)
• 📆 Duration: 3 to 6 months
• 🚗 Location: Fareham (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
• 🚀 Start Date: ASAP
