Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a famous Local authority based in Greater Manchester. They are seeking a Locum Property Lawyer to join their team on a contract basis. This role pays a competitive rate of: Umbrella rate –  £50-£55 an hour depending on experience PAYE (Inc.Hol) – £44.06 – £48.41 per hour     This role is on a contract basis for 3 months but has potential to extend and is 22.2 hours per week.   Responsibilities as a Locum Property Lawyer: Handle your own Commercial Property Caseload from start to completion. Handle Property law matters in relation to Corporate support, Acting for lenders and Acquisition and sale of property for development, land promotion, options, conditional contracts and coverage. Provide outstanding client care at all times and have professional approachAbout you as a Locum Property Lawyer: Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with experience in Property Law Good communication skills written and verbal.
