Architectural Technologist (Southend-On-Sea)

Architectural Technologist in the Essex area?

I am working with a well-established architectural practiced based near Southend-on-Sea who are looking for a technically advanced individual to join their team.

The ideal candidate would be CIAT qualified, however, would consider RIBA/ARB registered Architects who have experience within the technical stages, and can run projects comfortably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the technical delivery of hospitality, residential, and complex building projects.
• Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages using Revit.
• Work closely with the design team, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and technical standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Architectural Technologist/Architect and be CIAT/RIBA/ARB certificated
• Advanced AutoCAD (Revit beneficial) skills with a strong technical background.
• Experience delivering complex, hospitality and residential projects.
• In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a close-knit technical team.

The salary will be based on experience and ability but is expected to be circa £40,000.
