Job Title: Graphic Designer Industry: Large Format Print & Signage Location: London Salary: ÂŁ28,000 – ÂŁ32,000 Our client is a multi-disciplined design-led market leader within the large format print, signage and graphics industries. They are looking to add an experienced designer to their London office, which currently consists of 3 designers. You will report directly to the design lead and will be expected to accurately create artwork from a concept or client’s supplied files/instructions, follow the client’s brand guidelines or design requirements, and ensure that all images and files are complete and ready for production according to the specifications. Key Responsibilities: * Meticulous attention to detail and a clean, creative design style. * Ensure that all work is completed according to client guidelines. * Ensure artwork interpretation is achievable within production contraints. * Prepare accurate artwork from the approved design and brief. * Ensure client guidelines are followed. * Responsibility for ensuring account/project managers are kept informed of the progress of the jobs they are working on, and any impact on the production plan. * Providing colour proofs/samples for client sign-off. * Ensure that all images produced and proofed are correct and reviewed in accordance to the company procedures. * The ability to work on multiple projects, big and small, simultaneously and good time management. Other Responsibilities: * Pass new enquiries generated to the correct area of the business. * Assist projects throughout the business to ensure “on time in full” delivery. To liaise internally with projects, production and installation teams to ensure the job runs within agreed budgets. * To establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and clients of the company. * To understand and comply with all relevant company policies and procedures.
