Catalyst have partnered with a global leading investment management firm seeking a Senior Employee Relations Consultant. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in creating an inclusive and professional environment. You will work with senior management to resolve complex cases, develop training resources, and use your analytical skills to advance our employee relations strategy while mitigating risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Legal, and leaders across various business lines to address complex employee relations issues.
- Lead internal workplace investigations, ensuring quality results and timely resolutions.
- Develop and manage employee relations resources and training for HR and business managers.
- Design and facilitate training sessions on performance management, coaching, and feedback.
- Implement and promote a new ER case-management system.
- Assist in creating an ER dashboard, analyse metrics, and propose enhancements based on insights.
Desired Experience:
- Proven experience in Employee Relations, especially in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in leading high performing teams possessing the confidence and courage to navigate ambiguity, think both strategically and situationally, and develop innovative solutions that challenge conventional approaches.
- Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle controversial situations tactfully.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple investigations simultaneously.
- Ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable insights.
