Love working with little learners? We are seeking a dedicated EYFS LSA to join our Early Years team. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, supporting children aged 3-5 in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support learning within the EYFS framework
  • Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
  • Provide 1:1 and group support, including for children with additional needs
  • Foster social, emotional, and academic development

Requirements:

  • Experience in Early Years as an EYFS LSA, TA, or Early Years Educator
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3) preferred
  • Available full-time, Monday to Friday in Horley
  • Committed to safeguarding and child welfare
