Position – Internal Sales Engineer
Permanent role, office based
The company is a manufacturer of bespoke equipment and systems for the power generation, oil & Gas, Marine and energy industries.
Role;
- Produce cost estimates for new projects
- Obtain quotes for materials and equipment from external suppliers
- Work closely with design teams to prepare designs for technical tenders & bids
- Assist in the Production of technical and commercial offers
- Coordinate customer relationships as part of the sales team
- Interact regularly with both new and existing customers
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
- Experience producing costings and technical proposals would be an advantage
- Understanding of mechanical design
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Able to demonstrate good commercial acumen.
