The Recruitment Co are recruiting for Forestry Workers to join our client based in Northwich Cheshire. We’re hiring for Forestry Workers in Northwich Pay Rate: £12.33 per hour + performance bonus scheme About the Plant Nursery Role: The work at the nurseries involves field-based open nursery operations and polyhouse nursery operations, for the growing, tending, processing and supply of bare root and container grown forest transplants. Examples: Tree picker ( following behind the tractor collecting tree’s) Grading and pulling of plants Sorting through small trees for quality and size Packing in to sacks lifting plants grading plants packing plants chemical (gazelle) treatment lining out seedlings and rooted cuttings taking cuttings and hand weeding Cutting down trees Heavy Lifting This role will involve outdoor working All applicants must be prepared to work outdoors!
