This is a collaborative, ambitious, and passionate fund that over-indexes on improved customer experience. Role Summary: We are seeking a talented Senior Associate to join the investment team. This individual will play a pivotal role in sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, supporting portfolio companies, and contributing to the overall investment strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. Responsibilities: Deal Sourcing: Identify and assess potential investment opportunities, build relationships with founders, and actively participate in industry networking. Due Diligence: Conduct detailed market research, financial analysis, and competitive assessments to support investment decisions. Investment Strategy: Collaborate with partners to develop and refine the fund’s investment thesis and identify trends and emerging sectors. Qualifications: Experience: 2-4 years of experience in venture capital in addition to 2-4 years in investment banking, strategy consulting or startups. Analytical Skills: Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to conduct rigorous due diligence. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem, technology, and emerging market trends. Relationship Building: Proven track record of building relationships with founders, investors, and other industry professionals.
