Recruitment Business Partner 30-35k Blackburn – office based Permanent Another Recruitment are currently looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to work with an expanding and innovative business. Within this role you will need to support on strategic workforce planning as well as delivering 360 recruitment business wide. This is a great opportunity for someone wishing to support and develop an established small recruitment team. You will work in partnership with the HRD and the wider resource team to support business wide headcount delivery for future growth whilst ensuring that your key stakeholders and managers are equipped with the appropriate recruitment coaching and tools to deliver an outstanding talent journey. The Role Hands on in day-to-day resourcing, prioritising competing demands across the business for talent searching ensuring that commercial demands are prioritised Consult with the business on staffing, hiring and sourcing trends Keep recruitment metrics accurate and up to date. Support the development of resourcing policies and processors highlighting improvement processors and creating efficiencies. Develop and maintain a first-class resourcing and talent service to stakeholder and managers business wide. Providing ongoing support and development. Deliver a standout candidate experience. Support the development of recruitment materials that build the company brand and enhance awareness Working with the HR Director and the wider recruitment team to support the development of an employee value proposition. Work with senior managers to understand their recruitment requirements for specialist roles. Continuous improvement to processes and colleague experience optimising job postings for marketability for internal and external positions Utilise all sourcing tools available and provide innovative ideas on sourcing strategies when required. Screen and interview candidates, create the candidate funnel on requisitions to provide the hiring manager with a choice of candidates Participate in recruiting events when required Utilise all sourcing tools available and provide innovative ideas on sourcing strategies when required. Skills required Proven experience of working as a recruitment business partner or recruitment manager within a busy internal resourcing function. Adept at navigating a changing environment Significant experience across end-to-end talent acquisition so you can provide appropriate and systematic development, coaching and improvements throughout the cycle Experience attracting technical/niche talent via multiple attraction routes Excellent problem-solving skills and effective interpersonal skills Exceptional stakeholder management experience
