Multi Trade Plumber

Looking to recruit two Multi Skilled Plumbers to work on properties based in Basildon on a Permanent basis.

Responsibilities

1. Undertake responsive and planned repairs to occupied properties.
2. Carry out plumbing repairs, remedial carpentry, tiling, and plastering works around Basildon and surrounding areas.
3. Perform remedial duties outside core trade when required.

Requirements

1. Previous experience working in social housing properties.
2. Qualified as a plumber with NVQ or C&G.
3. Full UK driving license.

Offer

Salary of £38,000 plus a van, fuel card, and benefits.
