Mechanical / HVAC Building Services Engineer required to cover sites in and around East London, to £45k plus plenty of overtime and great benefits. Our client is a leading Technical services provider who specialises in High profile Commercial Buildings Nationwide. Due to ongoing growth they are looking for a Mobile Mechanical / HVAC Engineer to cover a number of sites in the East, North East and South East London areas.
Role:
- Planned Maintenance on Mechanical, Plumbing and HVAC plant, undertaking reactives and PPM's
- Conduct site walk rounds and complete reports.
- AHU's, FCU's
- HIU's
- Tap / Temp checks
- Compliance checks on HVAC plant
- Checking / repairing sanitary ware, toilets, taps etc.
- Changing belts / pumps / Compressors etc
- Changing / cleaning filters
Location: Ideally located in East London and to cover sites from North London to South East London.
Experience required:
- Mechanical / HVAC / Plumbing - Building services maintenance background.
- Experience in HIU's beneficial
- Understanding of Mechanical / HVAC PPM's, plant maintenance in a commercial environment (Not domestic or install).
- Basic Electrical experience / qualifications such as 18th Ed beneficial but not essential
- Must be smart and presentable, have excellent communication skills and be client facing as you will be interacting with the client on site on a daily basis.
- UK Driving license
Salary / benefits:
- Competitive salary to £45k+ based on a 38hr working week.
- Good overtime rates including time & half and double time.
