Your Role:

🌎 Manage the import and export of goods across international locations.

🚛 Coordinate transport collections and ensure smooth logistics.

🤝 Collaborate with clients, agents, and transport providers to maintain workflow.

💬 Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and updates.

📑 Track shipments, process invoices, and manage pre-alerts from overseas offices.

🛃 Prepare and submit customs entries.

📦 Oversee shipments from departure to final delivery.

💼 Manage job costing and invoicing accurately.

What You’ll Need:

✔️ 2+ years’ experience in a UK-based freight forwarding company.

✔️ Expertise in handling air ✈️, sea 🚢, and road 🚛 freight.

✔️ Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures.

✔️ Experience with freight software (e.g., Cargowise, Multifreight).

✔️ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
