An opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition consultant to join an established tech recruitment agency, focusing mainly on European contract markets.

The Talent Acquisition consultant must be from an agency background, though previous Talent Acquisition experience is not required. All verticals/desks will be considered, though tech experience would be advantageous.

Personal attributes will include:

  • Relationship building – The Talent Acquisition consultant will have a track record in building and growing relationships over a extended period of time. They must see the value in long term relationships and the benefits these bring.
  • Market expertise – The successful candidate must be able to display a track record in becoming an expert in their respective market, and the tools and habits required to do so.
  • Marketability – This person must be able to effectively market the company and its offerings, as well as growing their own personal brand within the market
  • Initiative and consultation – The business will be open to seeing profiles beyond those specific desks the TA will be asked to fill and the TA must use their knowledge of the business and wider market to consult the business owners on potential hires, as well as the offerings of competitors.
