We are working with a well-established Mechanical and Electrical Contractor based in Warwick, seeking a Mechanical Maintenance & Aftercare Manager to join our team. About Us The company delivers multimillion-pound M&E projects across the West Midlands for top-tier main contractors. With a strong reputation they are looking for someone to lead and develop a Small Works and Maintenance division, working alongside our Electrical Small Works Manager. The Mechanical Maintenance Manager Role You ll take the lead on managing mechanical defect repairs post-project completion, maintaining planned maintenance contracts, and identifying new business opportunities to grow the division. The role is a mix of office and site-based work and will see you liaising with clients, supervising engineers, and coordinating with sub-contractors to deliver a high-quality service. What You ll Be Doing Managing mechanical defects and planned maintenance contracts Planning resources and creating maintenance schedules Conducting site inspections and ensuring quality compliance Supervising maintenance staff and sub-contractors Preparing costs for remedial works and small projects Building and maintaining client relationships Supporting small mechanical works from costing to completion Mechanical Maintenance Manager requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical building services (installation or maintenance) Strong understanding of building services drawings and estimating Customer-focused with excellent communication skills Organised, proactive, and confident managing people and projects Qualified in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering (Apprenticeship preferred) Holds relevant trade CSCS card What s in it for You?
