Managing Estimator Location: Heathrow Salary: £70,000 – £95,000 About the Company: This small yet successful contractor specialises in fit-out and refurbishment projects across the commercial sector in London and the South East. Focusing on interior refurbishments, they operate across a wide variety of sectors including healthcare, office environments, education, airports, hotels, and government buildings. About the Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to take over an existing department as a Managing Estimator / Pre-Construction Manager. You will be responsible for working with the company’s existing client base to generate future work, splitting your time between negotiating with clients and tendering for potential new projects. You will be based out of the office in Heathrow, with travel to projects across London. The ideal candidate will live within a commutable distance of the Heathrow office. Flexible working is available – for example, if you’re required on-site late in the day, working from home will be an option.
