Exam Invigilator - Enhanced DBS Required

Office Angels Birmingham is currently seeking experienced and reliable exam invigilators available immediately to work across various schools in Birmingham on an ad hoc basis across the exam period.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity and security of examinations conducted by the institution, including assisting with set up, checking in candidates, monitoring exam sessions, and assisting with any technical issues that arise on candidate\’s devices.

Role: Exam Invigilator

Hourly Rate: £12.50 + Office Angels Benefits + Holiday Pay

Hours: 08:30am – 16:00pm

Duration: ad-hoc days

Location: Birmingham

Your duties will be:

• Conducting pre-exam set up
• Checking candidate identification
• Explaining exam procedure
• Responding to queries
• Maintaining exam security, ie preventing unauthorised material
• Reporting irregularities

To be considered for this opportunity you will:

• Computer literate, as exams will be completed on laptops.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Problem solver.
• Prior experience in a similar exam invigilator role.
