About the role: Our restaurant is the most exciting place to eat and drink in Bath and beyond with beautifully designed dining area with open plan kitchen where the team prepare local, seasonal ingredients over open fire. Complementing the restaurant is our luxurious bar, intimate snug and terrace(s). We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team here at Emberwood at the Francis Hotel Bath.
