Senior Business Travel Production & Publicity Consultant (Remote) Full time, London, United Kingdom 37.5-hour week, working a rotating shift pattern, between 0800 and 1900 and on public holidays when rostered. You’ll be working for Netflix, the world’s leading streaming service. With an operation that covers 190 countries and that’s transformed so many lives, you’ll have excellent travel knowledge with proven experience in publicity travel. You’ll be dynamic and flexible with both your hours of work and work location and be passionate about providing first-class customer service as you move your travelers around the globe. A love of films, TV, and media is a definite plus point, as you’ll be working closely with Netflix personnel as part of their core support network. You’ll love the challenge of the fast-paced world of production and publicity travel and will work closely with your network during key stages of location search, filming, and post-production. You’ll appreciate that no two days are ever the same and will welcome the chance to play a role in the drama. As one of our Production Travel experts, you will be the ‘go-to’ person for productions that could be in the UK or globally. As one of our Publicity travel experts, you will be the ‘go-to’ person to Netflix Publicists for events, premieres, and junkets. As a Senior Business Travel Production & Publicity Consultant, you will: Accurately and efficiently handle incoming travel requests via multiple channels e.g., phone, emails for Netflix Productions and Publicity departments. Travel could be for A-listers, VIPs, Talent, Press, Production crews, and groups. Provide creative solutions to ensure the publicist’s requirements are met. Understand the needs of Productions and appropriately guide them to the best solutions for all services required (Air, Hotel, Chauffer cars, M&G). Handle amendments, cancellations, and schedule changes, including the recalculations of domestic and international airfares. Handle accommodation, meet & greets, chauffeur cars, lounges, and other VIP services. Ensure accuracy in itineraries and back-office invoicing and billing. About you Senior business travel experience in Entertainment or VIP Travel is essential. A strong working knowledge of Sabre GDS and good fares and ticketing expertise. Good worldwide geography and keen attention to detail. Flexibility to switch between Production and Publicity travel bookings depending on demand. Proven excellent customer service provision and problem-resolution skills. Experience with handling small or large groups would be preferred.
