The Marble Arch Hotel, one of our 4-star properties from the 'by Thistle' collection, is located just off Oxford Street and a short walk from the West End and Hyde Park. With 692 stylish and spacious bedrooms, unique dining spaces, and 13 meeting rooms, join an exciting and vibrant team to help deliver an excellent guest experience.
As a Food and Beverage Team Member focusing on breakfast, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service. You'll be responsible for serving food and drinks, taking orders, and clearing tables, but your role goes beyond that. You'll have the opportunity to engage with our guests, get to know them personally, and take proactive steps to personalize their breakfast experience and build loyalty.
A genuine passion for quality service is essential to excel in this role, and your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that every guest leaves feeling satisfied and refreshed.
