We\’re seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Lead Generator to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, supporting our short-term contract solutions and contributing to our gross profit objectives. What Youll Be Doing Researching and qualifying potential leads through various channels, including online research and town visits. Supporting the acquisition of new sites and assisting in internal processes. Conducting outbound prospecting to target businesses such as hotels, hospitals (NHS), and retail parks. Identifying and approaching competitor car parks for potential opportunities. Engaging in local advertising and field marketing activities to drive site traffic. Assisting with car park tariffs, signage, and leveraging NCP\’s national partnerships. Maintaining accurate lead data in CRM software and providing regular performance reports. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of new sites. What Were Looking For Experience in sales, acquisitions, or multi-site commercial/retail environments.
