Responsibilities
- Participate in on-call rotation supporting Critical Incident Response.
- Focus on high-quality customer outcomes and collaboration across GCP teams.
- Create training and processes for incident management and partner with Cloud SRE UTLs and leadership.
- Build systems and tooling to improve visibility, issue detection, and communication.
- Define and escalate risks, and implement strategies to reduce incident probabilities.
