Role: Digital Hardware Engineering Lead

Location: Cowes – hybrid – 4 days per week

Salary: Up to £75,000 + Bonus

• Drive the development of advanced digital hardware from concept to delivery
• Lead interface integration across high-speed data, control, and calibration systems
• Translate complex signal processing into real-world performance
• Architect both bespoke and off-the-shelf digital solutions
• Influence system timing strategies for real-time precision
• Support integration, testing, and assurance of next-gen radar products

What you bring:

• Expertise in high-speed digital design
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (MATLAB/Excel)
• Degree or equivalent experience in a STEM field
