Senior NPD Technologist FMCG – Bakery products This Senior NPD Technologist role is a newly created position reporting to the NPD Manager and will play a crucial role in achieving the NPD plan and driving business growth. This customer-facing role will require expertise in scaling up recipes from kitchen to factory production and formulating products with a strong grasp of functional ingredients, preservatives, and food additives. Previous experience in food technology is essential You will need a passion for bakery products Ability to identify food trends and leverage consumer insights to drive innovation. Able to conduct factory trials, manage sample production, and support customer presentations. Strong understanding of recipe formulation, food safety, and food additives & preservatives. Excellent project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Degree in Food Science or a Food Tech related subject This position is site-based in North Wales and would require relocation if you are outside the daily commute to our client’s manufacturing site.
