What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the full sales cycle – from opportunity to close – for BMS project work.
• Build and maintain relationships with electrical contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the operations and project delivery teams to ensure seamless handovers.
• Solve customer challenges with tailored technical solutions and a consultative approach.
• Be the face of the business across the Midlands – representing quality, innovation, and reliability.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in BMS project sales.
• Excellent relationship builder with a commercial mindset.
• Familiar with systems like Trend, Siemens, Tridium, or Schneider Electric.
• Confident managing client expectations, handling technical discussions, and closing deals.
• Someone who thrives in a dynamic, results-focused environment.
