Customs and Logistics Coordinator (UK) Customs Complete is expanding! We have an exciting new opportunity for a growth-driven individual who will play a significant role in our fast-growing business. Founded in late 2020 to address Supply Chain issues post-Brexit, Customs Complete has experienced rapid growth. With offices in Galway, London, and La Havre, we are now looking for a new team member to manage customs declarations and logistics operations, working during the day to cover our operations in the UK and Europe. Location: United Kingdom (Remote) Daily Tasks: Customs Clearance Submission of customs documents in compliance with local and international regulations Collaborating with strategic partners across different countries to deliver comprehensive services Investigating and applying various customs procedures and regulations Accurate calculation and timely reporting to both Customs authorities and clients Organizing and maintaining client documents Logistics and Freight Planning Coordinating with clients and transport partners to facilitate global shipments Route planning and processing quotations Working effectively to ensure smooth logistics operations Skills / Requirements: Fluency in English speaking Minimum 1 year of experience in managing UK customs clearance and special procedures Knowledge of international trade and logistics Strong organizational and communication skills Experience in submitting physical customs documentations Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Commission/bonus payments Significant growth potential within the company, with opportunities to be involved in new projects and staff management Upskilling and training provided Please send your CV and cover letter and/or a short video (2-5 mins) explaining why you are a good fit for the role to: tara.kazemzadeh@customscomplete.com Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday Day shift: 9am-6pm (approx.)
