Your new company

You will be working for a Global Architecture Company based in Central London, who are leading the way in their market, whilst driving sustainability goals. This company operates in over 17 countries worldwide, making this an exciting global opportunity.

Your new role

You will be reporting into the Total Reward Lead, managing and administering the organisations benefits programs and lifecycle of employee benefits, ensuring the company aligns with market expectations to attract, retain and engage top talent.

You will be responsible for:

  • Benefits management and administration.
  • Processing and negotiating annual benefits renewals.
  • Conducting market research and benchmarking to ensure the packages align with expectations.
  • Conducting regular reports and insights into the benefits programmes in place, collaborating with stakeholders to further align the benefits in place.
  • Being a key point of contact for other employees regarding benefits offerings, improving understanding, uptake and engagement.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have specialist knowledge of benefits programmes and practices within a Global Company. You will have experience with benefits platforms and benefits solutions. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified, or have another relevant benefits qualification.
