As the Governance & Assurance Officer, you will provide a high quality administrative support service to SLH board, committees and senior managers. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisations governance and risk management frameworks through the effective coordination and administration of meetings, including the preparation of agendas, accurate minute taking and ensuring follow-up actions are tracked and evidenced. You will have excellent communication skills, an understanding of governance and compliance and the ability to manage multiple priorities to agreed deadlines.
