Trade Counter Manager wanted! KBB Recruitment are pleased to be working with a made to measure kbb manufacturer to assist them in looking for a trade counter manager in Greater Manchester . Full time permanent position Monday – Friday, paying £55,000 Role: Develop and Execute strategies to drive trade Counter performance, including achieving and exceeding sales targets Optimising product placement, and managing Customer engagement with the trade Counter Lead by example alongside a reporting team in providing an exceptional, personalised experience to customers visiting the trade Counter Ensure that client needs are understood and met while maintaining a strong focus on upselling and cross-selling Supervise and motivate staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and a customer-centric approach Provide guidance, coaching, and training as needed Collaborate with the marketing team, & other colleagues to create visually captivating displays and layouts that inspire customers Regularly analyse trade counter performance metrics, such as sales, foot traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback, to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve operations Manage the trade counter budget effectively, ensuring cost control while maintaining the highest standards of quality and s…
