Electrician £37,000 – £40,000 depending on qualifications Milton Keynes Permanent, Full Time Are you a qualified Electrician? This is your opportunity to put your skills and experience to good use making properties electrically safe and bringing empty homes to life. What you’ll do * Undertake electrical repairs within customer homes and larger buildings * Conduct electrical inspection & certification to ensure safety and compliance * Install, test, and verify new and existing equipment * Take part in rewiring, kitchen and bathroom improvement programs * Install and maintain new technologies You’ll also be part of our Electrical Out-Of-Hours team. The salary for a fully qualified Electrician is £40,000. Out of hours duties can increase this by another £3,000 (total £43,000.) What we’re looking for * Level 3 in Electrical Installations * 18th Edition City and Guilds 2382 * Certificate in requirements for Electrical Installations (BS7671) * Experience in domestic repair, installation, maintenance, and testing * Ability to work in occupied and unoccupied domestic properties * Experience installing new electrical systems and undertaking upgrades * Knowledge of planning and organising work and materials * A full driving licence (essential) * City and Guilds 2391 (Inspection, Testing, and Certification) or NVQ equivalent We’ll provide training for the right candidates to bridge potential skills gaps.
