We're looking for an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their established dispute resolution team. The Role
You'll manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, including:
- General contractual and civil disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Debt recovery
- Property litigation and boundary disputes
- Landlord & tenant disputes (residential and commercial)
- Harassment and defamation claims
You'll be trusted with your own caseload from day one, supported by experienced colleagues and encouraged to develop professionally.
Candidate Profile
We'd love to hear from you if you are:
- A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx)
- Possessing 4+ years' PQE in civil litigation
- Experienced in handling complex litigation with minimal supervision
- Commercially aware with strong communication skills
