Clinical Services Manager in South West London

SW6 Central London

41 hours per week ( including paid meal break) all supernumerary Monday to Friday

I am seeking a passionate and committed clinical services manager to join this Outstanding CQC , stunning medium sized , nursing, residential and dementia care home that is highly regarded in the area

As clinical services manager you will be supported by 2 clinical leads and over see the dementia and nursing floors you will ensure excellent quality care is given and work closely with the home management team to ensure each receives the exceptional care they deserve.

Fullysupernumerary role Monday to Friday 41hours per week (including a paid meal break) to support the care home management team

You will have 2 clinical leads supporting youand you will ensure the care team are delivering excellent care to the nursing and dementia units (21 beds and 14 beds) and be responsible for :-

• care plans
• rota management
• supervisions
• audits
• team meetings
